📄️ Gateway
The * is the central automation and integration engine of the * Suite. It is designed to collect high-volume data from Auto-ID devices and enterprise systems, process that data in real time through configurable workflows, and deliver clean, structured information to the applications that need it.
📄️ Gateway Architecture
The Gateway is built on a fully event-driven architecture. The system reacts immediately to real-world signals coming from devices, applications, or internal triggers. Every action inside the platform begins with an event, flows through a well-defined processing path, and produces a consistent, predictable outcome.
📄️ Event-Based Workflow
Event-based workflows are the foundation of automation in the RCOM Gateway. Whenever a device sends data, such as a tag read, barcode scan, sensor update, or room entry, the Gateway converts that incoming event into an automated processing sequence. Workflows allow you to interpret these signals, apply your business logic, update internal records, and forward information to external systems.
📄️ Events in Gateway
Events are the fundamental execution units in . Every interaction—whether triggered by an external system, device input, scheduled job, or internal workflow—results in the creation of an event. These events act as immutable records of what happened, when it happened, and how the system processed it.
